Personal & Professional Development Coaching
Create the path that’s right for you
Are you at a ‘what’s next’ stage of life? Have you reached a point in your career where you’re craving something more—something different or deeper? Are you wondering, is this it?
Maybe you’re feeling pulled in a new direction or seeking a stronger sense of purpose. You’re not alone. Many high achievers reach a crossroads, realising that success alone isn’t enough.
You want fulfilment, energy, and excitement about your work. You also want your career and life to align with your core values.
This is where coaching can make all the difference. I work with professionals ready for the next move, whether you’re navigating a career shift, seeking more meaningful work, or uncertain about the next step. Together, we’ll uncover the path that aligns with your unique strengths, passions, and goals.
One-on-one Coaching
- Personalized coaching sessions: Each session and programme is customised to your needs and goals.
- Flexible, ongoing support: Stay for as little or as long as you like. Many of my clients choose to work with me long-term, ensuring they continue to develop and succeed. Some only want a few sessions.
- Values-driven framework: By identifying your core values, you create a compass to guide every decision and action you take.
- Practical, real-world application: Together, we turn insights into action with strategies and tools you can immediately apply to your personal and professional life.
- Focused on what truly matters: When did you last really ask yourself what you want, if ever? I give you the time and guidance to ask and answer this critical question.
- Guided by your values: Every decision you make will be rooted in what truly matters to you, giving you clarity and confidence in your choices.
“With Debbie, I have learnt processes and approaches that have practical application and give me tools to work through challenges. Debbie has a beautiful ability to weave the bigger, deeper questions of existence into the context of reality.”

Did you know your workplace might fund your coaching?
Many of my clients have their coaching fully or partially funded as part of their professional development programme.
I’m happy to liaise with your manager to ensure your organisation is supportive and aligned with your development while maintaining strict confidentiality in all coaching sessions.
Let’s discuss how your coaching can be funded through your organisation or claimed as a professional development expense. Get in touch to explore your options.
“Working with Debbie was awesome! In a short space of time, we’d worked through a couple of ‘blocks’ that I didn’t know I was facing. I now have some really simple steps I can take to move forward, which have made a huge difference to how I approach my day-today- workload. Highly recommended!“

Frequently Asked Questions
Is there funding available?
Many organisations are willing to fund or part-fund coaching for staff as part of their professional development programmes. Please get in touch with me to find out more.
Do you offer packages?
My coaching is customised to every individual client. I’m happy to discuss creating a coaching programme that suits you.
Do you work online or in person?
I have clients across New Zealand and the world. While meeting in person is lovely, working together online across time zones and cultures is also easily done!
What do I have to do?
The first step is always to have a chat. This allows me to learn more about you and for you to learn more about how I work. If we agree that we’d like to work together, the following steps are to confirm where, when, and how often we’ll meet. Then, after signing my Terms of Engagement, we’re good to go!
I’ve got some things I don’t love about myself and am not proud of. How do I know you won’t think less of me if I open up?
With over 25 years of client coaching experience, I’ve heard it all. There’s not much about human beings that shocks or surprises me. I create a no-judgment space where clients often say, “I’ve never told anyone this before.” When they do, the relief is life-changing—but there’s never pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with.
If my organisation pays for me, does what we discuss get reported back to them?
No. Everything we talk about stays between us. It’s strictly confidential. If I do meet with a client’s manager, this is made explicitly clear to them.
Does having a coach mean there’s something wrong with me?
Not at all. It’s the opposite. In sports, top athletes have coaches to gain an edge and insights they can’t see themselves. Coaching is for those who want to maximise their potential. It’s not always easy, but the more you put in, the more you get out—and the rewards are worth it.
